How Do I Book a Tour or Plan a Party or Event?

Just call or e-mail us and we will respond as quickly as possible! You will receive a contract and full itinerary of your entire tour and travel package and pricing.

Where Do You Pick Up From?
We pick anywhere and everywhere.  We  pick up from New York City and all surrounding boroughs and areas all year around as well as locally and the entire tri-state area.  We also pick up groups from all Hudson  Valley area hotels, train stations.  We even book your hotels.  Metro North’s hudson line from Grand Central Station in New York City is the closest to us.  Get off at the Beacon stop if you want a beautiful scenic ride up our glorious Hudson River.

Will I have a Tour Guide Hosting our Tour, Party or Event?

Yes, you will have a tour guide(s) to host your tour, party or event all day long to ensure you are organized and having fun as well.

Will You Provide Food?
Yes, all of our regular tours and events include a delicious lunch or dinner in a choice brewery or location where your party or event will be held.  We also include snacks and plenty of bottles of water.   Some of the breweries even have trained chefs from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. (C.I.A)  We can include any food you wish depending on the event.  We can create any type of fun beer event from a fun pig roast at a brewery, a company holiday party, to a swanky 5-course black tie event.  We can even arrange a fundraiser for you local charity.  Tell us and we will create it!

Can you Provide Entertainment for Parties and Events?

Yes we can.  We can provide great DJ’s, bands such as a 5 piece, reggae, rock, oldies, doowop and more, local jazz musicians, soloists and more.  We can bring in photo booths, fortune tellers, create a Vegas themed party with all the gaming tables and decor and dealers, celebrity and music impersonators, murder mystery dinners and more.

What Size Vehicles Can We Rent?

We have a fleet of new buses starting at a 24 passenger bus.  We also have a 28, 34, 36, 38 and a 56 passenger bus. The 34-56’s have bathrooms. (we always make restroom stops)  We also have 12, 24 and 28 passenger luxury limousine style buses.  We have all size limousines.  We have 6, 8, 10, 12 & 14 passenger limousines.  Our newest member to the feet is a super deluxe 20 passenger limousine escalade.  We also have towncars, vans, and corporate 7 passenger SUV’s as well.

What If I Have To Cancel My Reservation, What Is The Policy?

You will receive our full cancellation policy via e-mail when you inquire about your tour or event prior to solidifying your booking.  You need to agree to the terms of cancellation before we go forward with securing your date and start preparing for your event or tour.

Credit Cards:  We accept all major credit cards and cash.  We only accept company checks for corporate events.  The check must be sent prior to your event and clear within 1 day of your event, tour or party.  There will be a 5% fee for all credit cards processed on the total amount charged.

Can We Drink Alcohol On The Bus or in the Vehicles?

Sorry, regulations ensure that all consumption and tasting of alcoholic beverages is confined to the breweries and distilleries.  You will receive our code-of-conduct contract that will need to be acknowledged in writing via e-mail prior to booking your tour or event.  We allow you and your group/friends enough time in each location to enjoy your beer gardens, a pint of beer, pitcher, and/or growler during lunch and after tasting your flight.  Unfortunately, just for the hard spirits only, (such as Bourbon and Vodka) you cannot open and consume after your tasting at the distilleries on the property.  You can tour, taste and take their delicious products home to enjoy!

Can We Bring Children on The Trail for Event and Tours?
Yes, but for certain and special occasions only! Children are welcome to join us for pre-booked family related tours*, such as, family reunions, family outings, weddings, etc. Breweries/Wineries are child friendly and offer activities for them.  We have custom tours for families which includes things like: feed the animals at the farms, apple & pumpkin picking, hayrides, face painting, cookie design, and many more creative and seasonal themed ideas.  We can do anything – just make a suggestion. 🙂

*21 years of age and over please for all non-family tours.  Your drivers license will be scanned at the distilleries and you can be asked for your identification at any time so please do not leave home without it or you will not be served. Thank you for you for understanding our policies.
